The bi-level Victory is just what its name says it is. This marvel of modern technology features a blended concave design, durable compression molded construction, impact rails, and a bomber base design housed together in the bottom deck.
Top deck durability with all the liveliness and feel of a wood deck and with ABS impact rails and a fully sealed perimeter.
Everything comes together cleanly to give you a super balanced and explosive poppy skate.
